In 2011, three friends who served together in Lincoln Police Department took their passion for craft beer and started Blue Blood Brewing Co. Since then, they've grown into a 12,000 square foot brewpub that sits on historical grounds.

The pub and taproom foster a welcoming atmosphere with fresh beer and live music. Plus, Robbers Cave resides right below your feet. This 5,000-square foot cave was created in 1869 to serve as lagering caverns for Lincoln's first brewery. 

Today, the taproom is brewing up four standard selections including their refreshing Kompagnon Kolsch and All Hopped Up IPA. There's always rotating taps with seasonal selections too like the Hope Stout and Two Gun Triticale Brown Ale.
